Proven quality: universally recognised
"Quality" is a volatile concept that needs to be proven in each successive assignment. Our quality is based on three cornerstones, namely our experienced and professional trainers, our proven results-oriented methods, and our service-oriented organisation.
Moreover, this is not merely a claim; we are proud to be able to refer to the following as proof of our consistent high quality:
- more than 40 years' experience in the development and provision of professional language courses for organisations and institutions (since 1966);
- our ISO 9001 quality certification (granted in 1994), as proof of the consistent high quality of our processes and procedures;
- our CEDEO customer-satisfaction certification (awarded in 1985) demonstrates our customers' appreciation of our excellent services.
- our appointment as a preferred supplier for FME-CWM members (in mid-2002);
- and, since recently, our approval by the Netherlands Bar Association (NOVA) and Royal Dutch Notarial Society (KNB). Lawyers and (junior) civil-law notaries can earn an annual number of training credits by following our courses.
- we have been granted the Keurmerk Inburgeren ('Integration Seal of Approval') by the Dutch authorities.
