six half-days, primarily focused on verbal and written training in terms relating to the financial sector - English for secretaries:
six half-days, primarily focused on brushing up telephone techniques and business correspondence skills - German-language refresher course:
two or three half-days, reviewing the most important elements of the new spelling and brushing up basic skills - Multilingual course for reception staff and telephonists:
