Integration programme
Several years ago Elycio Talen introduced a dual integration programme which has since proven to be extremely successful; the first group of integratees who took part in our integration programme have, in accordance with the new Integration Act, achieved an increase in level of no less than 69%.
Elycio Talen, in collaboration with the Stichting Integratie & Werkaanbod ('Integration and Supply of Work Foundation'), has also ensured that 85% of the participants have found work - since Elycio Talen is specialised in supplying customisation, and always bases its services on the individual.
The courses Elycio Talen offers are always drawn up in accordance with our quality standards, which have been awarded certification pursuant to the ISO 9001 Standard, CEDEO certification and, self-evidently, the Keurmerk Inburgeren ('Integration Seal of Approval').
