Multilingual course for reception staff

During the four half-days of the course your reception staff and telephonists learn how to speak to your international relations in three or four different languages. You can choose from English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.

The instructions are given by native speakers and are focused entirely on the duties of the reception staff and telephonists.
