Talen Twente always welcomes experienced language and communications trainers for assignments and projects throughout the Netherlands. In particular, we seek independent trainers in the German, English, French and Dutch languages.

Sales Manager, Papendrecht

We seek an enthusiastic and capable SALES MANAGER for our branch.

Your duties and responsibilities

The achievement of the sales, result and quality (growth) targets;
The expansion of the existing customer base and, simultaneously, the further optimisation of the services provided to existing customers;
The management and coaching of the sales teams' efforts and results;
The management of key accounts;
The development and implementation of plans for the acquisition of new clients.

Profile
The ideal candidate for this position has the following profile:

an academic education, or a higher vocational education (HBO) plus;
two to five years demonstrable success as a sales manager in the business services sector;
a thorough understanding of the professional interests of clients in various segments of the business community;
self-initiating, innovative, motivating and results-oriented;
highly-developed communicative and interpersonal skills;
a sincere wish to help people and organisations continually improve their performance;
an excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English;
affinity with training and schooling is an advantage.

Remuneration
The remuneration is in line with the market, and has an interesting results-dependent component. The induction programme includes internal training via our sister company, Dale Carnegie.
